Their customer service is horrendous.
When I went to check out and selected applepay as form of payment, the site automatically fills in shipping info for you and doesn’t give you a chance to enter/edit the shipping address (1 click and order is completed). Unfortunately this address was a very old billing address for me. Contacted customer service within a minute of submitting order (they have no phone support only email) requesting to change the address or cancel the order. They responded 3 DAYS LATER and said it was TOO LATE to help as the item already shipped “but try contacting the mail carrier service.” They did not tell me who the mail carrier service was so again had to email back, wait 3 days for the mail/tracking info (I tried to call USPS, UPS, FedEx myself but could not be helped without tracking/package info). By the time BYLT finally responded, package had been delivered several days ago. Money down the drain.

I will never do business with BYLT again.
- An item had not yet arrived and it went on sale for 25% off - BYLT refused to adjust the price.
- BYLY gives a 14 day return period but it takes 10 of that to receive the item.
- 10.00 return fee - even during the pandemic
- No live person to speak with in customer service - e-mail return message but it takes days -usuallyy get the stock answer “sorry for your inconvenince”
- No extended return during the holidays
- So why deal with them Amazon here we come!!

poor

poor, received merchandise and wanted a different size, returned it and they have stated they did not get it. I used their return label and gave it to my post office, no one can find it and and BYLT has yet to respond to me in 3 weeks.

TERRIBLE customer service and website…

TERRIBLE customer service and website functionality. I attempted to cancel an order shortly after placing it, and this can only be done by emailing customer support. They state they are so busy it takes 3-4 days to respond via email, so in the meantime they shipped out the order and got back to right after i received shipping confirmation to let me know it was too late to cancel and i would need to request a refund. And I would be responsible for return shipping. There is no way to cancel on their website and they do not have a phone number to call. Their clothes are great, but their customer service is so garbage, I may not make any purchases with them again. It's left a sour taste in my mouth.

Best customer service!

I have to say, this company blew my mind with how attentive they were with an order and a mistake I made! They got on it right away and I can’t wait to gift my husband with this!!

I am 5'10" 155 pounds and athletic

I am 5'10" 155 pounds and athletic. Bought drop-cut t-shirt and snow wash long sleeve, both in small. Fit is excellent for me. A little big in the arms but gives a little classier look when your biceps are not bulging out of the shirt IMO. The Lux seems a little stiff but smooth to the touch, will need to see how it wears. Next time will buy the BYLT Blend. Eight days from order to delivery, I am spoiled by Amazon, so 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I’m mixed about this their product

I’m mixed about their product. I’ve bought shirts from them before and like everyone they run small and fit a slimmer long torso best. So, I wouldn’t get their tee shirts. On the other hand I bought both their fair way pullovers. First, was the storm and then I like it so much I got the black. My last order I wanted to try the tee shirts again so I got the medium v neck drop cut. Came in and once again too long and the v neck is really wide, so I was going to return it but after seeing all the review answers I will just eat the cost and save the hassle.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. No Customer Service number at all. I placed an order and paid the express shipping to only have the items delivered after I moved 3 weeks later! No response after multiple emails. I will NEVER purchase from this garbage company again. I should have paid attention to the reviews.

fake advertisement

fake advertisement. Will pretend to ship to wrong address then stall your refund. I believe that is their actual business model. Don't get scammed Walk away

Don't buy their joggers..

I loved their shirts however, their sweatpants / joggers are the absolute worst quality ever! After only washing two times (on cold per instructions) the pockets were completely ripping off of the pants!
I emailed customer service and they refused to refund or replace since I no longer had the pants. (I threw them out because they were trash!)
I guess it makes sense that they wanted pictures of the damage but I thought after demonstrating myself as a recurring customer I'd be provided better service. Instead, I got some not so premium service for some not so premium basics!

Don’t buy if your in Canada.
I paid like $250 after duty for 5 t shirts (and they were on sale). I’m rich lol and they aren’t worth it

Highly recommended!

I’ve ordered a lot of product from BYLT and I have had really good luck! Mostly drop cut T’s and polos, and one pair of joggers. The only issue I’ve had is that one of the zippers on the jogger’s pocket broke, but otherwise they’ve been really high quality. I’m also a big guy (6’1”, 260) and their XXL fits comfortably.
